Exercise, Osteoarthritis, and Joint Replacement Part 3

The first day Sheila walked into our personal training facility she required the use of a walker. Sheila had recently had a double hip replacement and had just completed her rehabilitation with a physical therapist.

When she first began her personal training sessions with us she was weak and her range of motion was limited. With the regular personal training sessions her improvement was dramatic. Soon she no longer required a walker. Her gait improved. Personal training was instrumental in her recovery. It has been five years, and she is still at it.
