“A radical transformation”, those were the words Carole used to describe the physical changes she has experienced since she started training at Kelly’s Austin Personal Training 2 ½ years ago.
“I woke up every day with back pain. Going up and down stairs was painful for me knees. I am now pain-free”.
She is fit enough now that she can attend dance classes. Dancing can be hard on the joints, but Carole, at 63 years of age, has no problems. I can attest that her results are not atypical. Studies have shown dramatic increases in back strength after ten exercise sessions.
Carole began High Intensity Training (HIT) at our Austin Facility. We have another location in New Orleans – New Orleans Ultimate Fitness Training . We use MedX rehabilitation exercise equipment at both our locations. The equipment can be finely adjusted to any condition, weak or strong – the weight stacks go up to 1000 pounds. Weight changes can be made with increments as small 1/20 of those of most other equipment, and adjustments for range of motion can be made for those with limited mobility.
